10 min Bruschetta

This recipe is great for a quick snack or perfect for an appetizer!
Ingredients
5-6 Roma Tomatoes (Also great with Heirloom Tomatoes)
2-3 Cloves of Minced Garlic
1 Tbs of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1-2 Tsp of Balsamic Vinegar
6-8 Fresh Basil Leaves (Can also use Italian Flat Parsley)
1/2 Tsp of Black Pepper
Coarse Salt (Adjust To Taste)
Method
This recipe is so easy, it will only take 10 minutes to make!
Start by dicing your tomatoes in small cubes. Take roughly 6-8 fresh basil leaves and stack them on top of each other. Then roll them into a cigar-like shape and cut them into thin strips. In a medium sized mixing bowl, combine all of your ingredients and you are ready to eat! I like to serve this recipe with grilled Crostini's or a nice focaccia bread.
To grill your crostini, take the bread of your choice (I like a good French baguette or dutch crunch bread) and grill them on a ribbed skillet. Personally, I prefer to do this without any oil so that the bread has light char marks on it. Serve by drizzling olive oil and sea salt over your crostini.
